Our annual dues are $40 per household and are voluntary.  The funds are used to help pay for neighborhood events such as the Halloween parade, December Holiday event, annual picnic, February Fling, new neighbor welcome event, various neighborhood gardening and landscape projects, and support of our Towson community through membership in the Towson Communities Alliance.

SHNA operates on a financial fiscal year. Your annual payment covers from July 1st - June 30th. 

For fiscal year 2025, the annual dues are $40.00 per household.

*Note – Residents of Stone Manor & Hampshire Woods, SHNA dues are paid for by your respective HOA at a special group rate. SHNA is classified by the IRS as 501-c4 Non-profit, with that your dues payments are NOT tax deductible.
